This document describes how to delete a workflow in the infoex system.

Background

A workflow links together user-specified tasks into a logical order so that users can repeatedly move through the same steps. Workflows are custom designed for each operation. Each operation must also manage their own workflows. This document provides information on how to delete a workflow that has been previously created.

Step-by-step description

1. login to the infoEx system with an account that has Operation Administrator privileges.
2. If you are enabled in more than one operation you must select an operation on the first screen after logging in.

Under the Menu Workflows select 'Manage Workflow Definitions'
4. Find the workflow that you want to delete under 'Workflow'. To the right of the workflow name are two small icons that allow management of that specific workflow

Select ButtonTrash.png to open the 'Confirm Delete' dialog box. By selecting Yes the workflow will be deleted permanently. Select No or ButtonDelete.png to cancel this action with no changes to the workflow.
