This document describes how to reset or change the password for your personal InfoEx account.
Step-by-step description
1. | Visit https://infoex.avalancheassociation.ca/ and click on the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. |
2. | Your will be redirected to http://user.avalanche.ca/#/forgot of the CAA user administration system. |
3. | Enter your existing username/email address into the text field and click on Reset Password. |
4. | Check your inbox for an email from the Canadian Avalanche Association (admin@avalanche.ca) with the subject line 'Canadian Avalanche Association: Password Reset Request'. |
5. | Click on the link provided to you in this email. You will then be directed to a webpage on the CAA user administration system for resetting your password.
