Data Sharing Settings is only available in the international InfoEx service. InfoEx offers flexibility by allowing your operation a choice over which other operations you share your data with. Operations you opt to share data with will be able to view your submitted data (via the Observations menu or by Submitting a Workflow with Observations, Snowpack and/or Hazard Assessments in it) that appears in reports, but not data from workflow steps that contain proprietary information e.g. freeform, run lists. Operations that subscribe to the avalanche control extension have an additional level of sharing control over their control results.

Data Sharing Settings is only available in the international InfoEx service. InfoEx offers flexibility by allowing your operation a choice over which other operations you share your data with.

Step-by-step description

Select 'Data Sharing Settings' from the administration menu (cog wheel) (Fig. 1).

Select the checkbox next to all the Operations that you wish to share your data with. Operations shown in red are currently sharing their data with you. Operations shown in green are sharing data with you, and you with them. settings page for the operation (Fig. 2).
