What version of Google Chrome are you using?
Users need to have Google Chrome Version 30 or higher to run the Infoex application. Complete the following steps to find the version of Google Chrome:
- Click on 'Customize and control Google Chrome' button in top right corner (the three horizontal bars)
- Go to 'About Google Chrome' towards the bottom of the menu. This will open a new tab in Google Chrome and the version number will be displayed right there.
If the version is lower than 30.XXX, go to https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/ to get the latest version.

What type of a internet connection do you have?
If the Internet connection is slow, it might be more efficient to us the application in full offline mode for data entry. Completely disconnect the computer from the Internet by unplugging the network cable or disable the WiFi. You are required to have an internet connection of view any InfoEx reports or perform any mapping functions. It is recommended to be online when you start a new workflow instance.
