This document describes how to reset or change the password for your personal InfoEx account.

Step-by-step description

1. Visit http://infoex.avalanche.ca: and click on the 'Forgot password' link on the login page.
2. Your will be redirected to http://www.avalanche.ca:615/index.html#/forgot of the CAA user administration system.
3. Enter your existing username/email address into the text field and click on 'Reset Password'.
4. Check your inbox for an email from the Canadian Avalanche Association (admin@avalanche.ca) with the subject line 'Canadian Avalanche Association: Password Reset Request'.
5. Click on the link provided to you in this email. You will then be directed to a webpage on the CAA user administration system for resetting your password. The field 'Reset code' will automatically be prefilled with a unique identification code that has been created for you for this transaction.
6. Enter your new password both into the 'Password' and the 'Password Confirmation' fields.
7. Click on the 'Verify' button submit your new password. You will now get a confirmation messages saying that your password has been reset.
1. Visit http://infoex.avalanche.ca: again and log in with your new password.
