This document describes how to reset the password for your personal InfoEx account if you forgot it.
Step-by-step description
1. | Visit https://infoex.avalancheassociation.ca/. and click on the 'Forgot password'. |
2. | Type your email address and click on Reset Password. |
3. | Check your inbox for an email from CAA InfoEx (infoex@avalancheassociation.ca) with the subject line 'InfoEx - Password Reset Request'. |
4. | Click on the link provided to you in this email or copy and paste the link in Chrome if it is not your default browser. You will then be directed to InfoEx to reset your password. |
5. | Enter your new password and confirm it in the second field. |
6. | Click on Change Password to submit your new password. You will immediately get a confirmation message in the browser window saying that your password has been reset. |
7. | Visit https://infoex.avalancheassociation.ca/ again and log in with your new password. |
